Podak Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced total revenue was TWD 2,883.247 million compared to TWD 2,725.185 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 231.320 million compared to TWD 209.798 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 150.287 million compared to TWD 149.363 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.81 compared to TWD 3.07 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.79 compared to TWD 3.04 a year ago.
PODAK CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the agent distribution of Panasonic passive products and Panasonic active products. The Company is also engaged in the distribution of other products, including batteries, relays, motors, connectors, surveillance system equipment, light-emitting diode (LED) tubes and home appliances. The Panasonic passive products include solid capacitors, electrolytic capacitors, plastic capacitors, power chokes and gold capacitors. The Panasonic active products include transistors, diodes, metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFETs) and LEDs. The Company distributes its products in Taiwan and Mainland China.
