Forside Co., Ltd. Revises Consolidated Earnings Forecast for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2017

Forside Co., Ltd. revised consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017. For the year, the company now expects net sales of JPY 3,090 million, operating profit of JPY 87 million, ordinary profit of JPY 109 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 24 million and basic earning share of JPY 0.91 against net sales of JPY 3,000 million, operating profit of JPY 20 million, ordinary profit of JPY 30 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 10 million and basic earning share of JPY 0.38 as previously expected. With considering strong business performances in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, the company revised its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017. Main contributions are: increase of commissions of investment banking business, sales increase of Prize Business, and increase of agent/guarantee fee income of real estate related business.
