Forside Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:2330) signed a contract to acquire Break co., ltd. from ADORES, Inc. (JASDAQ:4712) for ¥310 million on February 10, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Forside will acquire 1900 shares. On completion, Break co., ltd. will become a subsidiary. Break co., ltd. reported net assets of ¥290 million, total assets of ¥1.06 billion, sales of ¥3.01 billion, operating profit of ¥41 million and net income attributed to parent company shareholder of ¥20 million for the period ending March 2016. The transaction is expected to complete on March 31, 2017. Forside Co., Ltd. will also pay advisory cost of ¥5 million.
