Apogee Optocom Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 109.43 million compared to TWD 199.19 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 10.37 million compared to net income of TWD 46.05 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.27 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 1.2 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.27 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 1.2 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 373.96 million compared to TWD 555.73 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 5.18 million compared to TWD 125.89 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.13 compared to TWD 3.27 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.13 compared to TWD 3.27 a year ago.

The Company mainly provides optical filters used as active and passive components for optical communication.
