Tanabe Consulting Group Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9644) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 400,000 shares, representing 2.35% of its total shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares), for a total of ¥200 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to achieve return on equity of 10% through execution of flexible capital policies and improvement of capital efficiency, to realize further improvement in corporate value.
The repurchase program is valid till September 30, 2023. As of March 31, 2023, the company had 17,054,592 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and had 453,808 shares in treasury.
