Growin Partners Inc. announced that it has entered into capital and business alliance with new investor Tanabe Consulting Co., Ltd. (TSE:9644) for private placement of 538 shares at a price of ¥369,888.475836 per share for gross proceeds of ¥199,000,000 on December 9, 2020. The securities will be issued through third party allotment method. The transaction was approved by the board of directors. The investor will hold 50.1% stake upon completion of acquisition and third party placement. The transaction is expected to close on January 29, 2021. The company will pay ¥51,000,000 as advisory expenses, etc.
Tanabe Consulting Group Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the management consulting business. The management consulting areas include strategy consulting, digital transformation (DX) consulting and brand & design consulting. The services in the strategic consulting area include domain consulting, function consulting, human resources (HR) Consulting, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) alliance consulting, regional consulting, strategic domain & function study group and first call company (FCC) seminar. The services in the DX consulting area include digital marketing, management DX, branding DX, marketing DX and FCC academy cloud. The services in the brand & design consulting area include marketing strategy planning, branding, customer experience (CX) design, creative, and Web promotion. The sales promotion products include sales promotion tools, blue diaries and calendars.
