Tanabe Consulting Group Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9644) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 150,000 shares, representing 087% of the outstanding shares, at ¥903 per share for ¥200 million. The purpose of the program is to carry out capital policy to meet the criteria required for listing on the TSE prime market.
The program is valid until March 16, 2023. As of September 30, 2022, the company had 17,154,592 shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) and 353,808 shares in treasury.
