Piquadro updates on its buyback program

(Alliance News) - Piquadro Spa announced Monday that between April 8 and April 12 it bought back 25,876 of its own shares at an average price of EUR1.9019 each and a total value of EUR49,214.22.

Thus, the company holds 2.5 million shares, or 4.9 percent of the share capital.

Piquadro is flat at EUR1.96 per share.
