Piquadro buys back own shares for nearly EUR60,000

(Alliance News) - Piquadro Spa announced Monday that it bought back 30,716 of its own shares between April 15 and April 19.

The shares were taken over at an average price of EUR0.83 for a total value of EUR56,468.00.

As a result of these purchases, Piquadro holds 2.5 million shares, or about 5.0 percent of the share capital.

Piquadro's stock is flat at EUR1.81 per share.
