Piquadro buys back own shares for more than EUR40,000

(Alliance News) - Piquadro Spa announced Tuesday that it bought back 21,957 of its own shares between March 25 and March 28.

The shares were taken over at an average price of EUR1.8917 for a total of EUR41,534.96.

As a result of these purchases, Piquadro holds 2.4 million shares or 4.8 percent of the share capital.

Piquadro's stock closed Tuesday at a par at EUR1.90 per share.
