Bold Investment Co., Ltd., agreed to acquire 30.88% stake in Ekitan & Co., Ltd. (TSE:3646) from CE Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:4320) from CE Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:4320) for ¥1 billion on August 6, 2021. Pursuant to the terms of the transaction, Bold Investment Co., Ltd, will acquire the shares for ¥600 per share. As a result of the transaction, stake of CE Holdings Co., Ltd., in Ekitan & Co., Ltd., will cease to exist.
The transaction is expected to complete on August 18, 2021.
