From July 1, 2020 to September 11, 2020, the company has repurchased 16,938 shares, representing 0.18% for KRW 233 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 445,800 shares, representing 4.66% for KRW 4,992 million under the buyback announced on March 11, 2020.
CTK Co Ltd, formerly CTK Cosmetics Co Ltd, is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of finished cosmetics. The Companyâs products include color cosmetics and basic cosmetics. Color cosmetics include ball lotion, face powder, face cake, liquid cream, cake foundation and so on. Basic cosmetics include packs, masks, lotions, creams, massage creams and essences and so on. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
