Wittchen Spolka Akcyjna has completed an IPO in the amount of PLN 55.25 million.

Wittchen SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the apparel and accessories industry. The Company is active in the market of leather accessories. It designs, manufactures and sells woman's bags, briefcases, travel luggages, belts, purses, valets, gloves, umbrellas, shawls, ties, scarves, overcoats, jackets and sheepskin, as well as shoes and fragrances. Wittchen SA operates through numerous own-brand stores in the Eastern European market, particularly in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, and Belarus, as well as markets its products through the Internet, chain of Salons and brand stands all over Poland.
