UNIVERSAL ENGEISHA Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of Engei Net business from Archinet, Inc.

UNIVERSAL ENGEISHA Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:6061) signed a share transfer agreement to acquire Engei Net business from Archinet, Inc. for ¥150 million on August 8, 2018. Under the terms of the agreement, Archinet, Inc. will establish engei net Co., Ltd. by way of company split which will succeed to the engei net business and UNIVERSAL ENGEISHA Co., Ltd will acquire 100 shares of engei net Co., Ltd. representing all the shares of engei net Co., Ltd. Upon completion, engei net Co., Ltd. will become a consolidated subsidiary of UNIVERSAL ENGEISHA Co., Ltd. The Board of Directors of UNIVERSAL ENGEISHA Co., Ltd. passed a resolution on the transaction on August 8, 2018 and the deal is expected to complete on October 1, 2018.
