THine Electronics, Inc. (JASDAQ:6769) agreed to acquire additional 31.5% stake in Cathay Tri-Tech.,inc. on December 6, 2018. Under the transaction, THine Electronics, Inc. acquires 9,760 shares. Post completion, THine Electronics, Inc will come to own a total of 83.87% stake in Cathay Tri-Tech.,inc. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of THine Electronics, Inc. The transaction is expected to be completed by mid-January 2019.
