THine Electronics, Inc. announced that THine’s board meeting has decided to establish a subsidiary in the U.S. The company decided to establish a subsidiary in the U.S. in order to establish collaboration with partners for making reference designs to be used in the world and to strongly accelerate sales and technical support activities for customers in North America. Name of the subsidiary is THine Solutions, Inc., location is California, United States of America. Capital is USD 500,000. The subsidiary will establish on first quarter of 2018.
THine Electronics, Inc. is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the large scale integration (LSI) business and artificial intelligence and Internet of Things (AIOT) business. The Company has two business segments. The LSI segment is engaged in the development and sale of flat panels and other mixed signal LSI products for office equipment, amusements, security cameras, in-vehicle equipment, flat screen televisions, liquid crystal panels, personal computers and other fields, as well as the intellectual property (IP) licensing business through products development.
