Sun Resorts Ltd. acquired the remaining 50% stake in Kingdom 5-kr-182 Ltd from Kingdom Hotel Investments for $40 million.

The group also offers catering services; - other (3.9%): mainly travels organization, tourism services and real estate assets management.
