Silla Co.,Ltd (KOSE:A004970) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 3,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with Samsung Securities Co. Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and stabilize stock prices. The program will expire on May 17, 2022. As of May 17, 2021, the company had 0 share in treasury within scope available for dividend and had 0 share in treasury through other repurchases.

Along with subsidiary, the Company operates its business through five segments. The Deep-sea Fishing Business segment engages in the provision of tunas for processing and tunas for sashimi. The Aquatic Products Distribution segment sells aquatic products, such as pollacks and tunas to domestic and overseas markets. The Steel Business segment mainly wholesales stainless products to domestic construction companies, specialty steel processing companies and shipbuilders.
