Dastek Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A043710) acquired 15.4% stake in Brand Co., Ltd from Silla Co., Ltd and other shareholders for KRW 1.2 billion in cash on April 3, 2012. Dastek acquired 0.26 million shares of Brand. After the transaction, Dastek holds 15.4% stake in Brand. Brand reported total assets of KRW 2.7 billion, total liabilities of KRW 0.4 billion, total stockholders' equity of KRW 2.26 billion, sales revenue of KRW 2.86 billion and net profit of KRW 0.36 billion for the year ending December 31, 2011. The Board of Directors of Dastek passed a resolution for the transaction on April 3, 2012.
