SAN Holdings, Inc. (TSE:9628) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 200,000 shares, representing 1.84% of its issued share capital for ?300 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance the return of profits to shareholders, improve capital efficiency, and implement agile capital policies in response to changes in the business environment. The program is valid till March 24, 2022. As of October 31, 2021, the company had 10,864,699 shares issued (excluding treasury stock) and 1,299,317 shares in treasury.
