Plantynet Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A075130) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 150,000 shares for KRW 840 million. The company will make direct acquisition through KOSDAQ market.
The purpose behind the program is to stabilize the stock price and to enhance shareholder value. The company will repurchase up to 36,998 shares on any one day in the program. The program will continue until September 9, 2014.
As of June 8, 2014, the company had 496,392 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchases.
