Albatross Investment Capital Co., Ltd. Ltd announced a private placement of 574,000 common shares at KRW 5,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 2,870,000,000 on December 13, 2017. The transaction will include participation from the existing shareholder, Plantynet Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A075130). The payment date for the shares is expected on December 14, 2017. The transaction has been approved by investor’s board of directors. The company reported total assets of KRW 15,229,000,000, total liabilities of KRW 298,000,000, capital of KRW 7,000,000,000, revenue of KRW 6,342,000,000, and net profit of KRW 1,124,000,000 for the year ended December 31, 2016.
Plantynet Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the provision of Internet value-added services and software.
