Under the program, the company will repurchase 150,000 shares, representing 0.81% of the outstanding shares, at ¥493 per share for ¥73.95 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment and to improve shareholder value. As of June 30, 2019, the company had 18,427,939 shares outstanding and 1,572,061 shares in treasury.
