F&C Holdings Co.,Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire Future Communications Inc. from NCS&A Co., Ltd. (TSE:9709) for ¥450 million on March 28, 2022. Board of director of NCS&A Co., Ltd resolved the transaction. For the year ended March 31, 2021, Future Communications Inc. reported total assets of ¥845 million, Total common equity of ¥570 million and revenue of ¥2048 million.
The transaction is expected to be closed on March 31, 2022.
NCS&A CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in the provision of integrated information services, including the design, development, operation support and maintenance of systems. The systems development business is engaged in the design of systems, the development of software, and the sale of customized packaged software products. The services business is engaged in the provision of maintenance services for computer equipment and other hardware, and system support services for enterprise computer systems, as well as the operation of inbound and outbound call centers for distribution and mail order fields. The system equipment sales business is engaged in the sale of computer equipment and peripherals, and packaged software products.
