Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical & Chemicals Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600389) agreed to acquire 67% stake in Nantong Uniphos Chemicals Co., Ltd from Shanghai Wujin Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., Changzhou Wujin Water Quality Stabilizer Factory Co., Ltd. and Jiangyin Shuangma Chemical Co., Ltd for approximately CNY 180 million on December 19, 2022. As of August 26, 2023, the transaction is approved by board of directors of Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical & Chemicals Co.,Ltd.
Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical & Chemicals Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600389) completed the acquisition of 67% stake in Nantong Uniphos Chemicals Co., Ltd from Shanghai Wujin Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., Changzhou Wujin Water Quality Stabilizer Factory Co., Ltd. and Jiangyin Shuangma Chemical Co., Ltd on September 20, 2023. Nantong Uniphos Chemicals Co., Ltd. completed the relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures, and obtained the "Business License" renewed by the Rudong County Administrative Approval Bureau.

The Company's pesticide products include glyphosate, dichlorvos, acetochlor and prochloraz, and preparations, including water aqua, missible oil and water soluble granules.
