Mistral Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS's portfolio includes the Mistral Izmir project, which is comprised of residences, a hotel, offices and a bazaar. The project has over 150 offices, over 100 housing units, over 90 hotel rooms, over 30 piece shops and a fitness center. The Company's bazaar is made up of shops, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, a swimming pool, as well as fitness and spa areas.
