Medical Ikkou Co. Ltd. (JASDAQ:3353) agreed to acquire Satsuki Co., Ltd. from Mitsuo Morino on March 29, 2012. Medical Ikkou will acquire 200 shares of Satsuki. Satsuki had sales of ¥135 million, gross profit of ¥134 million, operating profit of ¥4 million, current profit of ¥9 million, total assets of ¥68 million and net assets of ¥50 million for the year ending October 2011. The Board of Directors of Medical Ikkou resolved the transaction. The transaction is expected to close on March 30, 2012. The transaction is expected to have minimal impact on Medical Ikkou's consolidated operating results.
