The board of directors of Luks Group (Vietnam Holdings) Company Limited announced that Madam Cheng Cheung (Mdm. Cheng) has resigned as a member and the chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee of the company with effect from 17 January 2023, due to her own wish of reducing workload and duties. Mdm.
Cheng remains as the chairman of the board, an executive director and an authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.
