Lhyfe shares are up over 2% on Thursday morning, following the announcement of a new partnership aimed at setting up an integrated large-scale renewable energy production system in Finland, including green hydrogen.

The French group says it has joined forces with Flexens to develop and build an energy island around large-scale offshore wind power, green hydrogen production and other activities on the Aland Islands.

The ambition of this new project, which is to be integrated with the installation of multi-gigawatt offshore wind turbines, is to support the islands' objectives in terms of energy independence and decarbonization.

At 11:20 am, Lhyfe shares were up 2.2%, slightly outperforming a similarly buoyant Paris market (+1.6%).
