Kanda Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9059) and Pegasus Global Express Co., Ltd. signed the share transfer agreement to acquire New Star Line K.K. from Toshiro Suzuki and Takako Suzuki on March 26, 2014. Kanda Holdings Co., Ltd. is acquiring 285 shares and Pegasus Global Express Co., Ltd. is acquiring 15 shares of New Star Line K.K. Toshiro Suzuki is selling its 85% stake and Takako Suzuki is selling its 15% stake in New Star. For the period ending March 2013, New Star Line K.K. reported sales of ¥931 million, ordinary profit of ¥23 million and net profit of ¥17 million. The transaction has been resolved by Board of Directors of Kanda Holdings Co., Ltd. and is expected to close by April 2, 2014.
