An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire Ariake Business Office and Iwatsuki Logistics Center from Kanda Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9059) for ¥6.1 billion on November 26, 2015. Kanda Holdings Co., Ltd. would sell Ariake Business Office and Iwatsuki Logistics Center for ¥5.64 billion and ¥500 million, respectively. Kanda Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9059) signed a contract to sell Ariake Business Office on December 22, 2015 and Iwatsuki Logistics Center on December 24, 2015. Ariake Business Office and Iwatsuki Logistics Center for ¥6.1 billion on November 26, 2015. The contract conclusion date is scheduled at mid- to end-December 2015. The property handover date for Ariake Business Office scheduled at end-December 2015 and the property handover date for Iwatsuki Logistics Center is scheduled at end-January 2016. Board of Directors of Kanda Holdings Co., Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on November 26, 2015. The earnings per share will increase from ¥138.44 from ¥78.97 mainly due to transaction. Ariake Business Office was acquired on December 22, 2015.
