Japan PC Service Co., LTD. (NSE:6025) agreed to acquire 51% stake in V System Pte. Ltd. from Chua Meng Suan and Noboru Yamada for SGD 0.09 million on July 15, 2015. Under the terms of the agreement, Japan PC Service Co., LTD. will acquire 0.1 million shares. During the year ended August 2014, V System Pte. Ltd. reported net assets of SGD 0.05 million, total assets of SGD 0.12 million, sales of SGD 0.66 million, and net income of SGD 0.03 million. The transaction is expected to close on July 21, 2015. The advisor expenses were ¥4 million (SGD 0.04 million). The conversion was done through www.oanda.com as on July 15, 2015.

Its Smart Life Support segment has been divided into two divisions. The Field Support business is involved in the operation of directly operated stores and member stores, providing support services in major cities in Kanto, Kansai, Chubu and Kyushu. Its Membership Support Center business mainly involves in the provision of setting and failure correspondence services for network-enabled devices including computers in its call center by telephone or remote (remote control). This business is targeted at alliance companies that have entered into a contract with the Company.
