Japan PC Service Co., LTD. (NSE:6025) agreed to acquire 51% stake in V System Pte. Ltd. from Chua Meng Suan and Noboru Yamada for SGD 0.09 million on July 15, 2015. Under the terms of the agreement, Japan PC Service Co., LTD. will acquire 0.1 million shares. During the year ended August 2014, V System Pte. Ltd. reported net assets of SGD 0.05 million, total assets of SGD 0.12 million, sales of SGD 0.66 million, and net income of SGD 0.03 million. The transaction is expected to close on July 21, 2015. The advisor expenses were ¥4 million (SGD 0.04 million). The conversion was done through www.oanda.com as on July 15, 2015.
