Bogart is down by more than 10% after an update on the activity of its stores in France, in view of the current difficult context (inflation, purchasing power, war in Ukraine) and cost increases, with the group warning that this situation will impact its 2022 results.

The perfume and cosmetics manufacturer 'confirms the prospect of an increase in its 2022 annual sales without, however, reaching its EBITDA target and without this calling into question the group's fundamentals'.

In response to this difficult situation, its subsidiary April France is considering a reorganization project involving the potential closure of 17 stores in France (out of 67 outlets), which could lead to the loss of 50 positions within the framework of a PSE.
