J-Stream Inc. (TSE:4308) concluded a contract to acquire 39% stake in Bigm2y Co., Ltd. from Yasuyuki Chitose on July 18, 2018. J-Stream Inc. will acquire 39 shares of Bigm2y Co., Ltd. Prior to the transaction, J-Stream Inc. held no stake and after the transaction, J-Stream Inc. will hold 39% stake in Bigm2y Co., Ltd. Bigm2y Co., Ltd. reported sales of ¥ 1.08 billion, operating profit of ¥131 million and net income of ¥90 million for the year ending September 30, 2017. The Board of Directors of J-Stream Inc. passed a resolution for the transaction on July 18, 2018. The transaction is expected to be completed in mid-August 2018.
