J-Stream, Inc. (TSE:4308) announced that it has entered into a purchase agreement with new investor Daiwa Securities Co. Ltd. for private placement of 8,000 first stock acquisition rights at a price of ¥864 per right for gross proceeds of ¥6,912,000 on September 30, 2020. Each right is exercisable at initial exercise price of ¥3,590 per share subject to minimum exercise price of ¥2,513 per share from October 19, 2020 to October 19, 2022. The rights are not transferable. The expected allotment and payment date is October 16, 2020. The transaction is approved by the board of directors of the company.
