Grupa Kapitalowa Immobile : Report 49/2016 - Disclosure of ownership of shares by a major shareholder

Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. (the Company) announces that today, 28.11.2016, it received from Mr. Francois Fernand Gros (the Shareholder) a message that this shareholder, through taking over of

2.500.000 bearer shares, in connection with the registration of increasing of share capital of the Company, which the Company announced today in the current report 48/2016 and private subscription, which the Company announced today in current reports 41/2016 of 12 October 2016 and 42/2016 of 12 October 2016. Shareholder increased his ownership to 10.98% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

Before the transaction, the Shareholder with the company controlled by him (Filon Investment Sp. o.o.) held 5.772.552 shares, representing 7,92% of the share capital and giving the right to 5.772.552 votes at the General Meeting, which represents 7,92% of the total number of votes.

After the transaction, the Shareholder with the company controlled by him (Filon Investment Sp. o.o.) holds 8.272.552 shares of the Company, representing 10.98% of the share capital and giving the right to 8.272.552 votes, representing 10.98% of total votes.

At the same time, the Shareholder reported that he holds shares of the Company through his subsidiary Filon Investment Sp. o.o. and has not signed and is not a party of an agreement (or third party), the subject of which would be a transfer of exercise voting rights from Company's shares.
