Grupa Kapitalowa IMMOBILE S.A. agreed to acquire 34% stake in Atrem S.A. for PLN 7.2 million.

Grupa Kapitalowa Immobile SA is a Poland-based company that acquires and develops companies from various sectors. It owns companies operating in the heavy industry (PROMStahl offering docking solutions, Modulo Parking- automatic parkings and the Makrum brand providing crushing and grinding machines), hotel industry (Focus Hotels - Polish hotel network with dozen operating facilities and several under construction), development (CDI Konsultanci Budowlani - residential, office and service projects), industrial construction (Projprzem Budownictwo - construction of warehouse halls and industrial facilities), as well as automation and power engineering (Atrem).
