Veritas Investment Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A019660) sold 60% stake in Veritatech Co., Ltd. for KRW 200 million on August 11, 2014. Under the terms of the deal, 0.06 million shares are sold. As of March 31, 2014, Veritatech Co. had total assets of KRW 3.28 billion, total liabilities of KRW 5.74 million and total stockholders' equity of -KRW 2.46 billion. The Board of Directors of Veritas Investment resolved the deal on August 11, 2014.
