Dynapac Co., Ltd. (TSE:3947) agreed to acquire 90% stake in Vietnam Tkt Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company on December 25, 2023. As part of acquisition, 4.5 million shares will be acquired. For period ended December 2022, Vietnam Tkt Plastic reported net worth of ¥592 million, total assets of ¥2 billion, sales of ¥3.1 billion, operating income of ¥242 million and net income of ¥107 million.
The transaction is expected to complete in late January 2024.
