Yume no Machi Souzou Iinkai Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:2484) announced a private placement of 22,000 equity warrants at a price of 200 per warrant for gross proceeds of 17,600,000 on April 19, 2019. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase 100 common shares of the company at an exercise price of 1,631 per share for a period starting from May 10, 2019 and May 7, 2021. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
