Demae-Can Co.,Ltd announced a private placement of 16,053,900 shares of common stock on September 13, 2021. The transaction will include participation from existing investor, Z Holdings Corporation and NAVER Corporation. The company shall not pay any underwriting commissions to the underwriters, although the aggregate amount obtained by subtracting the amount to be paid in shall constitute proceeds to the underwriters. On the same day, the company held the shareholders meeting. The transaction is expected to close on October 1, 2021.

The Company operates in two business segments.
