Cocolonet CO., LTD. (JASDAQ:6060) entered into an agreement to acquire 80% stake in KANNO VIET NAM TRADING COMPANY LIMITED from Trinh Vu Trung for VND 8 billion on October 10, 2019. Under the terms, there will be four DIrectors including Trinh Vu Trung, Kazuya Mizoo post the completion of transaction. The board passed the resolution on October 10, 2019. The transaction is expected to close at the end of October 2019.
