Cocolonet CO., LTD. (JASDAQ:6060) agreed to acquire 20% stake in Cementary Park Investment And Management Company Limited from Phu Thien Phat Service & Trading Company Limited for approximately VND 110 billion on September 10, 2019. A contract is expected to be concluded by the end of September 2019. The Board of Directors of Cocolonet CO., LTD. passed a resolution for the transaction on September 10, 2019. The transaction is expected to be completed in June 2020.
