Business Summary

Choo Bee Metal Industries Berhad is a Malaysia-based steel tube and pipe manufacturer and steel products distributor. The Company's segments include Manufacturing and Trading. The Manufacturing segment is engaged in the processing of steel coils into steel products and fabrication of steel products. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of flat-based steel products from hot rolled and cold rolled coils, as well as providing processing services such as shearing and slitting of steel products. The Trading segment is engaged in dealing in hardware and construction materials. It has seven main tube making production lines, located in Pengkalan, Ipoh, producing welded steel pipes for oil and gas, water transmission, structural applications and construction industry as well as for general usage purposes. The total installed capacity per annum is approximately 200,000 metric tons. Its subsidiaries include Choo Bee Hardwares Sdn. Bhd. and Taik Bee Hardware Sdn. Bhd.
