CHIeru Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:3933) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 200,000 shares, representing 2.56% of the outstanding shares for ¥300 million. The purpose of the program is to return profits to shareholders by improving capital efficiency and to implement flexible capital policies according to the business environment..The program will run until September 30, 2021. As of May 31, 2021, the company had 7,802,474 shares (excluding treasury stock) issued and 66,526 shares in treasury.
