Investec Property Fund Limited has Changed its Ticker to BTN from IPF

Burstone Group Limited (formerly Investec Property Fund Limited) specializes in owning and managing commercial, industrial and business real estate assets. At the end of March 2023, the group's real estate portfolio, consisting of 79 properties with a total lettable area of 1,065,494 m2 in South Africa, amounted, in market value, to ZAR 14.6 billion, broken down by type of assets between retail (40%), offices (37%), and industrial premises (23%). In addition, Burstone Group Limited has interests in 47 assets with a total lettable area of 1,124,649 m2 in Europe.
