The Motor Vehicle Dealership segment mainly pertains to the luxury motor vehicle retailers and provision of after sales services of H.R. Owen. PHPI manages and/or operates hotels or other buildings, and manages approximately 223 rooms 4-star hotel at Makati Avenue, Makati City. The Company's operation has two geographical segments: London, England for the motor vehicle dealership segment, and Philippines for all other segments.
