Berjaya Philippines, Inc. is a Philippines-based holding company. The Company operates through three segments: Services, Investments, and Motor Vehicle Dealership. The Services segment mainly pertains to the hotel operations of Perdana Hotel Philippines Inc. (PHPI). The Investments segment relates to investing activities particularly holding financial assets at fair value through profit or loss (FVTPL) and fair value through other comprehensive income (FVOCI), and investments in subsidiaries and associates. The Motor Vehicle Dealership segment mainly pertains to the luxury motor vehicle retailers and provision of after sales services of H.R. Owen. PHPI manages and/or operates hotels or other buildings, and manages approximately 223 rooms 4-star hotel at Makati Avenue, Makati City. The Company's operation has two geographical segments: London, England for the motor vehicle dealership segment, and Philippines for all other segments.
