Aseed Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9959) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 80,000 shares, representing 0.64% of its share capital for ¥60 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy which responds to changes in the business environment, along with aiming to improve capital efficiency. The share repurchase program will run until December 31, 2017. As of May 31, 2017, the company had 12,444,587 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 1,050,661 shares in treasury.
ASEED HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation of vending machines, the production of beverages, the beverage service system business, as well as the leasing of real estate properties.
