Aseed Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9959) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 700,000 shares, representing 5.65% for ?357.7 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ?511 per share. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency and restructure our capital policy. The program will expire on December 6, 2021. As of September 30, 2021, the company had 12,397,423 shares in issue and 1,097,825 shares in treasury.
